Delivery & Warranty/Return Information


Quick Delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible and normally leave the warehouse within 24 hours.  Orders are processed on first come first served basis when accounts are in good standing.  For accounts in prepay terms or on hold will not be processed until payment is confirmed and account brought back in to good standing.

Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your business via more economical Courier (UPS, FEDEX, ACE, Purolator or Canada Post).  If you wish for us to ship on your own account please forward shipping information to kevin@northernboard.com.

No Signature Required: All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.

Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched with an invoice copy.

Any items returned without approval and proper documentation will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items improperly returned (with pricing stickers, missing tags, severe creases etc.) will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee).
